Legal framework update — October 2026
DRYVE247 LTD has approved October 21, 2026 as the effective date for its 90-document legal framework. DRYVE247 does not provide or arrange motor insurance for Hosts or Renters. Hosts arrange and pay for their insurance directly. DRYVE247 does not manage insurance claims or receive insurer proceeds. No optional Damage Waiver is currently offered or charged. The Ghana Data Protection Commission application has been submitted; the registration certificate/license is pending.
