DRYVE247 LTD has established October 21, 2026 as the effective date for the complete 90-document legal framework. Customer-facing documents are presented through the Legal Center and transactional flows; internal, vendor, governance, and operating documents remain controlled internal records where applicable.

The Business Legal and stakeholder-approved revision is effective from October 21, 2026. Document 64 authorizes limited incident-evidence sharing only. DRYVE247 does not provide or arrange motor insurance. No optional Damage Waiver is currently offered or charged. Hosts arrange and pay for insurance directly; DRYVE247 does not administer insurer claims or receive insurance proceeds. The Ghana Data Protection Commission application has been submitted and the registration certificate/license remains pending. Unresolved configurable fees, penalties, external integrations, and technical safety controls remain fail-closed until separately approved or certified.
